1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing.
  • Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your wig ships.
  • Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and the customization of our products:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified issue with the item received.

In rare cases where there is a:

  • Manufacturer defect
  • Wrong item received
  • Excessive shedding or other quality-related issue

You may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email [YourEmail@example.com] :
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will offer:
A store credit or refund based on the situation and product condition.

Important:
The wig must be unused, unaltered and in original packaging (no cutting, bleaching, dyeing, washing, or installing).
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

3. Quality Assurance

All wigs are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure quality and consistency.

Please note:
Texture, colour and length may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen resolution,
or batch variations, this is not considered a defect.
If you have specific concerns about color, cap size, or style, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, your order is entered into processing and cannot be canceled or changed.
